CAPTIVE HERO nominated in 2012 RONE Awards!

InD'tale Magazine is holding it's first ever RONE Awards (Reward of Novel Excellence)

I'm thrilled to announce CAPTIVE HERO (Time-shift Heroes Series-Book One) is a nominee in the Time Travel category!

Available at Amazon

In order to be nominated, the book had to be reviewed by InD'tale and receive at least a 4 rating. Captive Hero received a 4.5 and the Crowned Jewel of Excellence award. That in itself is an honor. Now, it's up to the readers to vote for their favorites in each category. Every week new categories are up for voting.

Captive Hero (Time-shift Heroes Series Book One) by Donna Michaels:

Sunshine Award

My dear friend and favorite editor, Stacy D. Holmes honored me with this award.

The Sunshine Award is a lovely sunny flower that bloggers give to other “bloggers who positively and creatively inspire others in the blogosphere”.

And like any award, there are rules....

(1) Thank the person who gave you the award in your blog post.
(2) Do the Q&A below
(3) Pass on the award to 10-12 deserving and inspiring bloggers, inform them and link to their blogs.

I am honored, Stacy. Thank you so much for thinking of me!

Without further ado, here are my answers:

Favorite Color:
Purple

Favorite Animal:
Cat. Any size, any breed. I love them all. My nickname is Mayhem and I can completely identify with that quality in a cat. Mischievous but loving. I can't imagine my life without my rescued felines!

Favorite Number:
3

Favorite Non-alcoholic Drink:
Used to be Coke until my thyroid up and died, now it's Coke Zero.

Facebook or Twitter:
Facebook. I enjoy the visuals as well as more than a sentence at a time.

Your Passion:
(Family excluded) Writing, then reading. I love creating humorous, heartwarming stories...with hot heroes!

Giving or getting presents:
Giving is more exciting to me than getting. The anticipation of waiting to see how the recipient reacts to the gift is almost as much fun!

Favorite Day:
Tough one! I guess I'll go with Saturday because my family is home and Doctor Who airs on Saturday night. :-)

Favorite Flowers:
Lilacs. Love the smell of them when a breeze blows through the yard.

That was fun! Now check out my wonderful author friends that haven't already been tagged with this award:

Cat Johnson
Paty Jagar
